Warranties & returns
Uncomplicated service in the event of a warranty claim.
These days, the rising level of industrial waste is increasingly becoming a problem. This means a sustainable and environmentally-friendly waste disposal is an important component of every corporate philosophy. Pursuant to the 5th amendment of the Packaging Ordinance, companies that distribute packaging are obliged to dispose of it once it has been put into circulation. This applies to transport packaging, secondary packaging and sales packaging.
For this reason, TROST has joined the PARTSLIFE initiative, which supports the company by disposing of packaging and other harmful, toxic waste. The initiative offers commercial customers extensive waste management consulting, followed by needs-based and legally-compliant waste disposal. Workshops that use PARTSLIFE for waste disposal are awarded an environmental label as well as an environmental protection certificate.
TROST customers can benefit from having their empty containers picked up free of charge by the manufacturers' disposal partners. End consumers, i.e. non-commercial customers, can bring packaging back to the distributor, i.e. to the respective branch. This also applies to waste oil.
Branded lubricants from Motul can be disposed of through the Motul disposal project "The Green Concept".
